Arts NT - 2024-25 Meeting of Arts Professionals (MAP)

Overview

The Professional Development grant category provides support for artists and arts workers to access and participate in the Meeting of Arts Professionals 2024 and contribute to collaboration and knowledge sharing, enhance capacity and skills development, and strengthen community connections.

• Up to $2,000 per applicant per financial year
• Up to $2,500 for travel-related activity for individuals from very remote areas (must be a resident in and travel from/to a very remote MM7 area only). See the guidelines for more information

• over 18 years of age
• a current resident of the NT.
• If you are an individual registered as a Sole Trader with an active ABN, you should apply in GrantsNT as an Organisation.

• Ensure you have no outstanding acquittals or reports with the NT Government and are compliant with your regulatory authority (if applicable)
• Read the Arts Grants Program guidelines in full
• Speak to an Arts Development Officer to check if you are eligible to apply and if the grant category is suitable for your proposed activity
• Prepare a realistic and balanced budget that demonstrates value for money and get the necessary quotes. Refer to the Budget and Budget Support Material section of the guidelines
