Invitation to Tender for Lease of Bulli Beach Tourist Park Kiosk/Cafe

Council wishes to engage an experienced lessee for premises located at Bulli Beach Tourist Park Kiosk, 1 Farrell Road, Bulli, NSW 2516 also known as Part Lot 173 in Deposited Plan 728053.

The proposed Lease is for an initial five (5) years with an option to extend for a further five (5) years (5 + 5), with any such option exercisable at the sole discretion of Council.

The outdoor Licence will run concurrently with the lease agreement over the building. Any such option to extend is the sole discretion of Council. The premises overlooks Bulli Beach to the south and Sandon Point to the north.
