Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Communities are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake SW Refurbishment 15 Hakea Way at Dunsborough.

The Work includes but is not limited to the typical Department of Communities (DOC) refurbishment of all internal and most external elements at for the following property as per indicated in the Annexure 1 – Scope and Specification.

A site visit will be held at 15 Hakea Way, Dunsborough at 30 Oct, 2024 10:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held on Thursday 30th of October 2024 at 10AM at Dunsborough.
