The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for Principal Contractors to undertake the refurbishment fitout works on Level 2 of the Coorparoo Education Precinct building at 347 Old Cleveland Road, Coorparoo QLD 4151.

A site inspection has been arranged on Tuesday 26th November 2024 at 10:00am, at the Coorparoo Education Precinct building at 347 Old Cleveland Road, Coorparoo QLD 4151. Meet outside the Facilities Officers Office.

Site Visit to TBC

The refurbishment scope of works will generally involve the following construction activities;

• Installation of 39 new workstations including power and data.• Electrical and Data upgrades.

• Construction of new partitions/walls to create 2 new teaching studios.

• Construction of new partitions/walls to create tow new production spaces.

• Installation of new blinds.

• Repair/replacement of damaged ceiling tiles

• Paint new walls & repair/patch and repaint damaged walls where documented.

• Replace carpet floor tiles where required and documented.
