Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake replacement of passenger lift at PICA.

The Work includes but is not limited to the design, documentation, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of equipment and other associated works.

Lift Schedule requesting relevant information for Works attached within tender documentation for completion.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 51 James St, Northbridge on 14 November 2024 9:30 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at PICA. The location of the briefing will be 51 James St, Northbridge WA 6003.
