REQUEST FOR TENDER

P2025-238 General Building Repairs and Maintenance Contract

Tenders are requested for the above contract which involves the general repairs and maintenance of the Hastings District Council owned public buildings and facilities.

It involves services ranging from attending to requests for building general maintenance and repairs (i.e. electrical, plumbing and drainage, building and carpentry works, minor painting work respectively) and possible site work around the buildings. Carrying out general building works under the minor capital work category, project managing building works and sub-contractors.

Tenders close at 3pm Wednesday 27 November 2024 and must be submitted electronically.

Please ensure you upload your tender documents well before the 3.00pm closing time as it is Councils normal practise NOT to accept late tenders.

Price and non-price files should be uploaded as separate files and clearly marked as Price and Non-price.

The TOTAL submitted file size must not exceed 50MB, regardless of the number of files submitted.
