This Procurement is to formally engage a contractor to deliver Operation and Maintenance to the Territories Street Lights assets including but not limited to:

• Corrective and preventative maintenance and operation of the ACT streetlight network.
• 24/7 incident response.
• Inclusion of accident columns and cable strikes and faults, to capture out of contract spend and increase value under contract.
• Upgrade of the streetlight network (smart nodes, smart cells, and LEDs).
• Innovative application of the Territory’s investment in SmartCity infrastructure.
• Targeted energy usage and greenhouse emission reductions.
