Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of an Accessible Amenities at Glass House Mtns SS, located at 58 Coonowrin Road, Glass House Mountains QLD 4518, as part of the Ed4All program.
The scope of work includes the design and construction of an accessible amenities and change facilities extension to an existing toilet block. It includes the PWD change facility, new concrete slab for the toilet block and bin enclosure, screening for the bin enclosure and roofing extension. All works are to be completed by January 2025.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M
