Tender Description
The State Government is seeking suitable premises (and associated costs) available in the market for Government Office Accommodation with or without existing fit-out, offering circa 1,300 to 1,500m2 (NLA), within Port Augusta - available from mid to late 2025.
Whilst existing buildings with fit-out are preferred, consideration will be given to new developments (with the possibility of an integrated fit out), noting that they may not be provided within the above time frame.
