Main Building/Fencing Contractor for LSM Fencing & Gates at Roslyn School, Palmerston North

The Board of Trustees for Roslyn School, Palmerston North is seeking a suitably qualified Main Building/Fencing Contractor to carry out the LSM Fencing and Gates Project.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Installation of timber playground edging modification
• Aluminium and timber fencing
• Concrete retaining wall, 2 blocks high
• Aluminium accessible gate
• Aluminium gate
• Aluminium vehicle gate
• Asphalt repairs

Contractor Requirements

• Contractors must visit the site

Site Inspection

A site visit is mandatory for all contractors tendering for this project. Contact the School Office to arrange a site visit.

Contract Terms and Conditions

Dependent on Ministry of Education funding approval, this work would ideally start as soon as possible after confirmation is provided. Timing will be discussed with the successful contractor and the school once funding approval is confirmed.
