DOES Nominated Schools Roof Replacement Program

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake roof replacement works at the below:

• Burrendah Primary School
• Claremont Primary School

The Work includes but is not limited to demolition work, metal roofing and roof plumbing, painting, electrical services, mechanical services, and more.

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation.  All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote. 

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.

The specifications of each school will have to be read in conjunction with the provided drawings.

PFM has the sole discretion to award the RFT to one or many contractors based on the Value for Money evaluation.

Please submit a GANTT Chart showing timeframes for both schools and/or also a GANTT Chart/s for each of the schools if electing to submit a bid for one of the schools only. 

Site Visit 

A site visit will be held at Burrendah PS & Mt Claremont PS, Burrendah PS Castlereagh Close Willetton Perth, Mount Claremont PS: 103 Alfred Rd, Mt Cl at 22 Oct, 2024 10:00 AM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at each premise. The location of the briefings will be:

Burrendah Primary School: Castlereagh Close Willetton Perth Western Australia 6155 at 10:00AM

Mount Claremont PS: 103 Alfred Rd, Mount Claremont WA 6010 AT 12 NOON
