Tender Description
Bathurst Regional Council invites Contractors with experience in Asphaltic Concrete works to conduct Council’s supply and laying works within the Bathurst Regional Council area.
The work in accordance with the Contract includes supply of asphalt, preparation of pavement, placing of asphalt and control of traffic as well as supply only of asphaltic concrete for the period of 2 years, from 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2026, (plus option to extend to 31 December 2027).
All electronic tenders shall be submitted in the format specified in the tender document. Failure to do so will result in the tender not being considered by Council.
