Tender Description
Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake roof replacement works at the below:
- Quinns Rocks Primary School
- Padbury Primary School
The Work includes but is not limited to demolition work, metal roofing and roof plumbing, painting, electrical services, mechanical services, and more. The specifications of each school will have to be read in conjunction with the provided drawings.
Site Visit
A site visit will be held at 2 Premises.
A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at each premise. The location of the briefings will be:
Quinns Rock Primary School (21/10 at 10AM): 6 Rees Dr, Quinns Rocks WA 6030
Padbury Primary School (21/10 at 12PM): 27 MacDonald Ave, Padbury WA 6025
