• Provide services to implement the Agency’s transition from Ci to TechnologyOne’s CiA platform for modules like Assets, purchase cards, budgeting, travel and expense module (This includes project planning and management services, including developing a Project Plan and schedule, Workshops and Business Process Mapping (Current and Future State), including workshops with financial and management accounting teams to identify current processes and areas of concern. The relevant teams to identify areas of concern/ potential improvements/ opportunities in the above modules. System configuration, including workflows; Data Migration, including the lift and shift of Asset data, purchase cards and travel data. Key and End User Training around the newly implemented modules. UAT Coordination and Support, including UAT system configuration; unit testing, test scripts development and UAT sessions with SME.
• Reports and dashboard developments for the above-mentioned modules – Xlone, BI analytics.
• Review and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide user training and support as needed
• Ad hoc support and assistance as needed
