Tender Description
Crabbes Creek Community Hall is a heritage building that offers a space to bring the community together. Minor and significant restoration works have been identified to ensure existing align the facility with current building codes. Additionally, the works will provide essential amenities that enhance the facility and community use, connecting the project with the Rail Trail and forming the opportunity to attract more tourist attention.
• Assembly of new toilet block upgrades
• New pathway Accessible parking
• Full repaint of the hall in existing colors. Full external repaint including repairing/replacing damaged and rotted boards and frames.
• Replace front door.
• Repair and replace all damaged boards throughout the exterior of the building.
• Repair and replace all damaged windowsills, barge board and facias.
• Repair and paint existing awning
• Removal of asbestos, re-sheet and Electrical repairs.
• Full internal repaint. • Demo of existing non compliant toilet facilities
• Redo the ramp to make it compliant to allow access to new toilet block.
• Upgrade onsite sewer system to accommodate new toilet facilities.
• Relocate water tanks.
• Replacement solar, battery, and generator power backup
