East Claremont PPS Structural Roof Repairs

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance (DOF) and Department of Education are seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake roof repairs to the building at CELT UWA Claremont Campus as soon as possible due to structural damage to roof and gable building to west of school premises. Structural condition inspection and report on existing heritage listed building at CELT UWA Claremont Campus provided by consultant. The existing building comprises of four main roof spaces with raised internal ceilings with manholes to access each roof space. The premises is East Claremont Pre Primary School located at 74 Princess Rd. East Claremont WA 6010

 The Work includes but is not limited to Safety mesh installed

• Preliminaries
• Existing roof sheeting to main roof (and part verandah) requires replacement
• Guttering requires replacement
• Tie downs to existing timber framed roof
• Gable end fascia supports require replacement
• Gable timber framed ends require remedial works
• Replace rotten timber in the northern side entrance awning
• Inadequate tie-downs to Verandah roof
• Ridge beam requires strengthening

Tenderers shall make themselves familiar with the existing site conditions, the specifications, drawings and all Contract documentation.  All measurements and details shown on drawings or other documents (if any) are to be confirmed by Tenderers prior to submission of their Quote. 

All materials and installation shall be supplied and be in accordance with Australian Standards and all codes and regulations relevant to the Scope of Work contained herein.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at East Claremont Pre Primary School , 74 Princess Rd, East Claremont 6010 at 21 Oct, 2024 1:00 PM.

A non-mandatory site briefing will be held at East Claremont Pre Primary School located at 74 Princess Rd. East Claremont WA 6010.
