This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission is seeking the services of a seller who will complete an initial assessment of the Intelligence and Information Services Division (IISD) service capability using the ITIL framework. The intent will be to rapidly improve service delivery within areas of greatest value identified by the future operating model.
