This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The GRDC has a requirement for a technology project manager / business analyst who will:
- Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and budgets.
- Lead project teams to execute project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risk management plans to prevent and address issues that may impact project success.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and facilitating meetings to discuss project status, risks, and issues.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring financial resources are used effectively and efficiently. Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and post-project evaluations. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the organisation.
