Raven Quay 3 Waters Renewals

⁠⁠⁠This Contract is divided into two separable portions:

Separable Portion A:

Construction of four 3 Waters services within the road reserve of Raven Quay in Kaiapoi: Rising Sewer Main, Gravity Sewer Main, Water Main, and Stormwater Main.

Separable Portion B (PROVISIONAL)

Stormwater main connecting from SWMH01 to outfall at Kaiapoi River

The main tasks involved in this contract are:

To carry out all necessary surveys, including locating existing pipeline, potholing services, confirming pipeline alignment, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the following:

Sewer Rising Main Construction:

-120m of 180 OD PE Sewer Rising Main

- Existing rising main to be isolated by WDC, prior to the Contractor undertaking works to drain, cap and drill through existing rising main.

Water Construction:

-140m of 125mm OD PE water main

-20m of 25mm OD PE water main lateral

-28m of 20mm OD PE water main lateral

Gravity Sewer Main Construction:

-98m of 225mm ND PVC-U SN16 gravity sewer main

-28m of 100mm ND PVC-U SN16 sewer lateral

-3x 1050mm ND circle manholes

Stormwater Construction:

-21m of DN300 RCRRJ stormwater main

-16m of DN375 RCRRJ stormwater main

-2x SD325 single sump

-1x SD328 double sumpDN1200 concrete manhole

Separable Portion B (PROVISIONAL):

Stormwater Construction:

- Installation of 19m DN375 RCRRJ via open trenching

- Removal and reinstatement of vegetation in Kaiapoi reserve

- Reconstruction of stopbank along Kaiapoi River

- Installation of Stormwater outlet into Kaiapoi River
