Tender Description

Gisborne Girls High School wished to invite main contractors to Tender for the Block J Gymnasium change room and toilet upgrade project.

Works consisting of:

  • Change Room by the Pool - Strip out linings and finishes to all areas.
  • Remove internal wall between the 2 rooms, create one space, install two new showers and two toilets.
  • New wall and ceiling linings throughout complete with, New floor vinyl.
  • Older Change rooms off original Gym (carpark side) - Strip out linings and finishes to all areas.
  • Remove internal wall and ceiling linings.
  • Install a toilet and 1 shower per changing room ensuring privacy is provided to each.
  • New wall linings and ceiling linings, and new vinyl flooring.
