Tender Description
QBuild as a commercialised business unit, partners with government agencies to deliver their building, construction, and maintenance budgets. Of the total spend across government on built assets ($3.1 billion), QBuild manages and delivers approximately 49% ($1.5 billion) based on annual programs of work aligned to the State budget cycle.
Underpinning the delivery of QBuild’s services is QBuild’s core technology solution, Ellipse 6.4. The Ellipse 6.4 system was implemented in 2009 and the QBuild instance no longer adequately supports operations and has reached its end of life.
In order to enable the delivery of QBuild's services, QBuild requires an Enterprise Asset Management Solution to facilitate the retirement of the Ellipse system.
The Department is seeking a Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) software solutions to be delivered “as a service”.
