Expression of Interest - Office Accommodation - Mandurah.
Propertysolve has been instructed by the Department of Finance to seek Expressions of Interest for the provision of office accommodation in Mandurah on behalf of the State Government.
KEY REQUIREMENTS ARE:
- Location is to be in Mandurah CBD
- A net lettable area of approximately 2,500 sqm on contiguous floors (with a preference for 1,250sqm being on the ground floor).
- Preference for the premises to be available for fit-out by February 2027
