The property is located south of the cemetery, Roma and is freehold tenure.

The section of the property for lease is located on the corner of Newbon and Tiffin Street (section 2 highlighted on map below), Roma on land described as Lot 2 on RP101099.

Lot 2 on RP101099 is Council owned freehold land, and the section of land available has an area of approximately 6.678 Hectares, located in the Roma Township.

Property Offered

The property is offered on an "as is" basis and tenderers must undertake their own investigation in relation to the adequacy of the property for their requirements. Tenderers will be responsible for the cost of any improvements to the land.
