The Department of Communities requires the provision of regular cleaning services at various premises:

•       Bunbury Department of Communities Office, 80 Spencer Street, Bunbury WA,6230 and

•        Enhancement Contact Centre, 107 Beach Road, South Bunbury WA, 6230.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 80 Spencer Street, Bunbury on 30 September 2024 10:00 AM.

A mandatory briefing to Respondents will be conducted at:

Time: 10:00AM Western Australia

Location: Department of Communities - Bunbury (80 Spencer Street, Bunbury WA, 6230).

Respondents shall meet at the Department of Communities - Bunbury.

Once the briefing at the Department of Communities - Bunbury is completed, the briefing will continue onto 107 Beach Road, South Bunbury WA, 6230.

The Respondent is requested to confirm its attendance by no later than close of business Friday, 27 September 2024, Western Australia Time by contacting Luke Young (luke.young@finance.wa.gov).

Failure to attend the Request briefing will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration.

Attendance at the briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid.
