New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to analyse options and provide recommendations for Council regarding future delivery of our 'Housing for the Elderly' portfolio and service.
We are looking for a Respondent with expertise in the housing sector, including public and community housing, who is well-versed in local, regional and national standards and policies including the Local Government Act and other relevant legislation. The ideal consultant will have previously advised other councils or social housing providers, understand funding sources available to the housing sector, and understand government policy related to housing.
