Tender Description
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Demolish Block E & F Project at Nambour SC, located at 1 Carroll Street, Nambour QLD 4560, as part of the Education for All (Ed4All) programs.
The Project consists of the demolition of Block E and F and reinstatement of a new covered walkway, new staircase, new PWD Ramp, new handball courts, and associated services. The position of the building is in the centre of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by March 2025.
Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:
• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
• PQC Level 2 Eligibility required.
Minimum PQC Level 2 Eligibility required. Where a PQC Level is stated, the Principal is not obliged to provide tender documents, consider or accept a tender unless the tenderer is appropriately registered under the Queensland Government's PQC System for that PQC Level (or higher) and categories for which the tender is invited.
Professional Indemnity Insurance. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
