Road Condition Assessment

Kingborough Council is seeking quotations for preparing a road pavement condition assessment of the Kingborough Council's sealed road network. Preparation will include collection of necessary information, perform visual and laser surveys, processing of road profile data, and post survey rating of pavement defects and overall segment condition.

Request for Quotation documents are only available to registered suppliers by downloading from this portal. Registration is free and can be achieved through the link at the top of this page.

Quotation enquiries should be directed via the online forum. Responses to questions raised by potential respondents will be posted on the forum and will be available to any person downloading the request for quotation documents.

Quotations must be submitted via the electronic tender box. Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion. If a receipt is not received it is recommended that the Quotation is uploaded again. Quotations not fully uploaded to the electronic tender box by the Closing Time will not be received nor considered. Quotations will not be accepted by hand delivery, by post, by facsimile or by email. Neither the lowest nor any quotation will necessarily be accepted.
