The Department of Education is seeking Offers for QED124855 For the Provision of First Nations Attendance and Engagement Services for Male First Nations Students at Marsden State High School (RFP)

The successful Supplier will provide First Nations Attendance and Engagement services to male First Nations students, including mentoring, case management, life skills, extra curricula activities, support to complete Year 12, support for transition to employment, training or further education and creating opportunities to connect with Country and local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

• Part A: Request for Proposal (RFP) SUPPLIERS TO READ AND RETAIN
• Part B: Contract Details - SUPPLIERS TO READ AND RETAIN - provides details of the intended Contract (in draft) including the Requirements, Price and Payment terms, Performance Monitoring and Governance requirements. If a Supplier is selected by the Customer to enter into a Contract, the Contract Details document will be finalised and agreed between the parties. The Contract will only be established once it is formed in the manner set out in the Comprehensive Contract Conditions
• Part C: RFP Response Schedules SUPPLIERS TO COMPLETE AND RETURN - captures the details of the Supplier's proposal
• Suppliers are to note that all Mandatory requirments must be complied with in order for Offers to be conforming. Offers that do not meet the Mandatory requirments will be set aside and not evaluated.
