Environmental Impact Statement for Greenhill's Quarry Extension

⁠⁠⁠The Works Under Contract (WUC) is for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement for the Greenhill's Quarry Extension.

Full detailed requirements for the documents are provided in the Project Scope

This is a Contract with method of payment being by Lump Sum. The General Conditions of Contract shall be AS 4122-2010 General Conditions of Contract for Consultants (Incorporating Amendment No. 1).

The EIS final report completion must be within thirty-five (35) weeks of the acceptance of the tender.

The Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for the development must comply with the requirements in Clauses 190,192 and 193 of Part 8, Division 5 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2021.

The scope of works includes:

• Preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement to the satisfaction of Council and meeting the requirements of the Department of Planning and Infrastructures, the Environmental Planning Assessment Act 1979, the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 and all the other relevant governmental authorities, which allows for the progress of the Development.

• Comprehensive assessment of the potential impacts of the proposal at all stages of the development.

• Consultation with the relevant local, State or Commonwealth authorities, infrastructure and service providers and any surrounding landowners that may be impacted by the development.

• Report on monthly basis on the progress of works.

• Inception meeting face-to-face including site visit.

• Meetings with the client on monthly basis (remotely by MS Teams) and an allowance for two (2) face-to-face as required.

• Progressive submission and completion of the Environmental Impact Statement Report.

• Compliance with all the requirements of all relevant legislations.

Mandatory Pre-tender Meeting will be held on Wednesday, 9 October 2024 at 12.00pm, at Narrabri Aquatic Centre - Multi-Purpose Room, 37-39 Tibbereena Street, Narrabri, followed by a site inspection
