Transport for NSW is seeking an experienced contractor for the provision of remediation services and removal of asbestos impacted soils in Gymea (“the Site”).
Tenders are invited from contractors with Transport for NSW to remediate the Site. This work consists of the remediation of asbestos impacted soils and backfill at the Site.
The proposed works is excavation and off-site disposal of asbestos impacted soil to licensed landfill.
A pre-tender meeting and site inspection will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, 1 October 2024 at Gymea Bay Road, opposite to Gymea Anglican Church, Gymea. Attendance is not mandatory to submit a conforming tender.
All tenderers must comply with the Transport Statement of Business Ethics through the procurement process and any subsequent contract period.
All tenderers must comply with the NSW Government Procurement Policy Framework, NSW Government Supplier Code of Conduct and New South Wales Industrial Relations Guidelines: Building and Construction Procurement.
