The Australian Electoral Commission is seeking quotations from a suitably capable seller who has proven capability, experience, and capacity to provide professional services as follows:

• Provide strategic program management services and expertise to lead and strengthen the Solution Management Team (SMT).
• It is expected that the SMT core team will replace the existing core team through this engagement with capability necessary to lead and deliver SMT outcomes. Below is suggested capability only, but the AEC will consider Respondent suggestions on suggested resources:
