Racing, Gaming & Liquor - Licensing and Compliance System

The Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) requires a state-based Licensing and Compliance Solution for its Racing, Gaming and Liquor (RGL) directorate. DLGSC has a preference to procure a Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solution, to be delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model, that will support the Western Australian Government’s intentions and DLGSC’s strategic direction for the RGL sector. However, DLGSC will also consider other Cloud Platform solutions if they achieve value for money for the State. Regardless, the solution should primarily meet DLGSC’s functional requirements with minimal customisation.
