ABOUT THE CITY OF COFFS HARBOUR (City):

Coffs Harbour is positioned halfway between Sydney and Brisbane. Nestled between coastal slopes of the Great Dividing Range and the 80 kilometres of golden beaches that form its boundaries Coffs Harbour has gained a reputation as a dynamic and rapidly expanding economic hub.

ABOUT THE TENDER:

The City is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors to rehabilitate a number of sewer manholes in the Coffs Harbour Local Government Authority (LGA) area under contract CON00538 Rehabilitation of Sewer Manholes. This contract will be made under MW21 General Conditions of Contract a copy of which is supplied in the RFT document package.

A tender briefing / site inspection will be conducted on Wednesday 2 October 2024 at 1pm either on site at 60 Marcia Street, Coffs Harbour or on-line via Microsoft Teams.

SUBMISSIONS:

Completed responses are to be submitted via the electronic tender box only, using the attached MS Word version of Volume 4 - Response Schedules.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion.

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender, all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.

The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
