ABOUT THE TENDER:

The City is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Contractors to rehabilitate a number of sewer manholes in the Coffs Harbour Local Government Authority (LGA) area under contract CON00536 Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Flooded Road Warning Signage. This contract will be made under a Mini Minor Works General Conditions agreement, a copy of which is supplied in the RFT document package.

There is no site inspection or briefing for this Tender.

Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion. 

The City is not bound to accept the lowest priced tender, all or any part of the tender, and reserves the right to conduct the tender process and select the successful respondent as it sees most advantageous.

The City staff are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal. Late, verbal, faxed or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
