Tender Description
Interior refurb of Block A: Roofing and A: Heating and Electrical split out and PA refurbishment of the whole block per scope of works.
- Plumbing throughout the building plaster and paint, ceiling joinery, non-teaching spaces, and new floor and wall coverings throughout the block.
- Provide built-in storage, shelving, and whiteboards.
- Replacement of mains electrical board, new wiring & outlets as per drawings, new exterior security lighting to main & student entrances.
- Design & build replacement of heat pumps throughout A Block to provide a design in accordance with MOE guidelines.
- Removal of existing fire panel & replacement with new type 4 system throughout A Block with smoke detectors, call points etc.
