RFT - TasWater External Laboratory Services

⁠⁠⁠TasWater invites you to provide responses to our RFT of Extremal Laboratory Services. Please kindly note there is an online tender briefing session to outline the process for the Tender and a high-level overview of the scope and requirements.

Please RSVP via email by COB 23 September 2024 to Procurement@taswater.com.au and Carmen.Langdon@taswater.com.au with details of personnel to attend, so that an invite can be sent to all required personnel dialling in.

For probity reasons, please ensure all RFI's are provided in writing via the TenderLink Online Forum for this RFQ by the 9 October 2024.

Information to be provided by Contractor (Proposal):

1. Works methodology demonstrating your understanding of the Scope of Works (SOW)

2. Propose a rate structure for courier services

3. Submit a proposed rate structure for the Transition-in Plan and Setup.

4. If relevant provide your assumptions, exclusions and interpretations pertaining to the delivery of services.

5. Complete Response Schedule, attachments 3.0 (Mandatory requirement)

6. Price to be ex GST and based on a Schedule of Rates. Please complete: Schedule of Rates, attachment 4.0 (Mandatory requirement)
