Tender Description

Expression of Interest for Mechanical (HVAC) Asset inspection, testing, reporting and preventative maintenance for Stadium Australia ( Accor Stadium) and Western Sydney Stadium (CommBank Stadium)

Project goals

1. Conduct an open market process (EOI) followed by a Selective Request for Tender (SRFT) for the Mechanical (HVAC) Asset Maintenance Services at Stadium Australia and Western Sydney Stadium.

2. Ensure that the "Value for Money" is competitively assessed and accomplished.

3. Ensure that the Procurement Process is coordinated in a fair, transparent, and competitive manner.

4. Contract with One or Two Contractors for Mechanical Asset Maintenance Services.
