EnergyCo seeks to procure one or more qualified service providers to resource the New England Renewable Energy Zone (NE REZ) Property Lead and Acquisition Services for NE REZ project.

Project goals

Deliverables include, but are not limited to:

• implementing the Project Land and Property Access and Acquisition Strategy;
• managing the property acquisition process (including engagement with landholders and other affiliated stakeholders);
• managing interfaces with parallel workstreams and subconsultants; and
• preparing documentation otherwise associated with the Property Advisory and Acquisition workstream.
