Provision of services for External Assessment

⁠⁠⁠The Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) is a Queensland Government Statutory Authority. We’re responsible for a range of products and services that support quality education from kindergarten to Year 12. You can find out more about what we do and why on our website.

The QCAA is seeking proposals from suppliers, expert in the ability to support the delivery of logistics for the External Assessment (EA) activity. The Supplier will have significant expertise in the following key activities:

1. Project management of high-stakes projects
2. Printing of large volumes of assessment materials
3. Preparation of assessment items for transportation, including packing as per a pre-determined packing schedule
4. Short term storage of assessment items prior to transportation by the Customers courier provider
5. Scanning and reconciliation of returned assessment materials
6. Preparation of returned assessment materials for long term archiving
