Watermains Cleaning Program

The scope of this engagement is for a suitably qualified, experienced and resourced contractor to complete a cleaning and scouring program undertaken in various areas of Lithgow city council network for potable water. This will be over to clean through Scouring, Ice Pigging or some other methodology to ensure the Council potable water network is able to continue operation and remove debris and buildup from the system.

This engagement will be based upon a schedule of rates with lump sum per financial year for cleaning and be undertaken over a two-year period with the network cleaning and scouring to be completed by end June 2026.
