This is an open invitation to quote for the provision of service reviews for Broken Hill City Council. Respondents will be required to demonstrate in their Quotation that they have the necessary resources, skills, experience, financial capacity, insurances, licenses and accreditations etc. to fulfil the quotation requirements.
Background information / Compatibility requirements
The Integrated Planning and Reporting (“IP&R”) framework legislated under the Local Government Act 1993 supports local councils in establishing service levels, monitoring service performance and improving service delivery.
Under the IP&R Guidelines prescribed by the Office of Local Government, Council must specify in its Delivery Program the service areas that will be reviewed over the Council term, and how community and other stakeholders will be engaged in that process to determine service level expectations and appropriate measures.
Broken Hill City Council (“Council”) has been on a service improvement and service review journey for some time, completing service reviews internally and more recently using the services of a consultant.
Council is seeking suitable providers to be part of a panel of consultants to undertake the next set of reviews for Council.
