Tender Description

The City of Adelaide (CoA) owns and operates the Wyatt St UPark building located on the corner of Pirie/Wyatt Steets Adelaide. The CoA leases tenancies on the ground floor of the structure, one of which is The Golden Wattle (110 Pirie St). CoA seeks suuitably qualifid and experienced contractors for the renewal of the HVAC system to The Golden Wattle, as well as supporting power MSB and reticulation. These works have critical program requirements to avoid restrictions of trade for the tenancy in the new year.
