The purpose of this Advance Tender Notice (ATN) is to provide industry with notification of a potential tender opportunity. There is no documentation or further information outside of this notice available.
The Territory is proposing the formation of a Construction Consultancy Panel, which will create a list of pre-approved specialists in building practice and regulations, covering advisory services across building design, structure, engineering, environmental and project management.
The Panel may consist of the following categories of services:
1. Structural and Services Engineering – this will include:
- Structural
- Electrical
- Hydraulic
- Fire Services
- HVAC
- Independent Commissioning Agent, and
- Other Engineering and Structural Assessment services

4. Environmental and HAZMAT Inspections and Certification
5. Audit and Feasibility Studies
