Parkerville Steiner College - New Science Building EOI

Expressions of Interest are invited from registered commercial Building Companies for building works to Parkerville Steiner College, 695 Roland Rd, Parkerville WA 6081. The works comprise construction of a new two level building.

The 498 m2 building contains the following areas:

- Science, Chemistry, Lab, IT photography, D&T, Ablution block, Staffroom, Verandas.

Construction is anticipated to commence in late 2024 and is to be completed for term 3, 2025. Email registrations outlining availability to Tender, capability and relevant experience, limited to four A4 pages, shall be received at the following address:

Prior to 2:00pm, 20th September 2024 from which, a shortlist shall be prepared.
