This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The overall requirement is to move an existing HR toolset operating in the current SharePoint 2010 platform to a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Dataverse based Power Platform environment.
The existing functionality of the current end-to-end case management tool is to be replicated at a minimum with scope to enhance the process to produce further efficiencies. The individual cases to determine the payment of a retention bonus will be derived from an imported manual data feed from the Defence PMKeyS HR system and work flowed through the toolset for various eligibility checks, unit level recommendations, individual acknowledgements and subsequent payment approval processes.
Once the individual cases are complete functionality to generate a final PDF document with case details for subsequent filing onto the Defence Record Management System is also required.
