The Department of Transport and Main Roads invites offers for the King George Square Busway Station Chiller Replacement.

This contract is to replace the existing Trane Chilled Water Plant with a new modern reliable, energy efficient and future proof plant.

The intention of this contract is to replace two existing Trane Air-cooled Water chillers with new modern, reliable, energy efficient and future proof Air-cooled, oil-free Smart Water Chillers, equally or better sized including variable speed drives and pumps.

The scope of works under this contract includes the preparation works, logistics, removal and disposal of the existing chillers, associated equipment, and pipework, and enabling works. Also, the installation of the new equipment, new pipework and it’s testing, commissioning and handover.
