Tender Description
Tamworth Regional Council are seeking quotations for the removal of all asbestos containing eave sheets and associated trims at the Barraba Tennis Club.
The eave sheets have been identified in the asbestos register as being in poor condition and therefore need to be removed.
Please provide pricing for the following:
- Project management, notification and approval submissions.
- Occupational Hygienist to provide a clearance certificate.
- Site establishment and set up including required scaffolding.
- Removal and compliant disposal of asbestos eave sheets and trims.
The front veranda is not included in this removal and disconnection of electrical components will be undertaken by others and won't form part of this RFQ.
Please note that all measurements and quantities provide in this RFQ are approximant and the contractor is to make their own assessment prior to making a submission.
The Barraba Tennis Club is located at 26 Queen Street Barraba, a site inspection is available on request.
