Tender Description
Randwick City Council invites tenders from health providers for the provision of various services including medical opinions, assessment, advice and treatment for new and existing council staff and applicants to positions.
The scope of services required includes:
- Workers Compensation Medical Assessments
- Pre-employment Medical Assessments
- Drug and Alcohol Testing
- Immunisation
- Psychological Testing, Counselling and Assessment
- Skin Checks
- Employee Assistance Program
- Injury management/rehabilitation services
- Mediation and group counselling
- Grief and Trauma Counselling
- Ergonomic and manual handling training
- Other related services as required.
Respondents may tender for one or more of the above services. Council may appoint one or more suppliers to provide the services required. The contract term is for a period of three years with the option of extending for up to 2 further years of 12 months each. Extensions will be offered at Council’s discretion.
