Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the supply of Landscape Architectural Services by suitably qualified suppliers which will be the primary mechanism for procuring landscape architectural services within Queensland Parks and Wildlife Services & Partnerships (QPWS&P).
The services commonly undertaken by landscape architectural Suppliers includes, but is not limited to:
- Site Analysis
- Master Planning
- Concept Design
- Detailed Design
- Construction Documentation
- Contract Administration
Out of Scope
- Architectural design and documentation services
- Engineering design and documentation services
- Specialist landscape architect services and other instances as required by the Customer.
