This Tender is invited by the Issuer.
The Wowan SES Building, maintained by Banana Shire Council, has moved on its temporary foundations causing a general access risk, but also straining the wiring for communications equipment and power to the building. Council will be purchasing a 12m x 3m transportable building to replace the existing building which is not at an acceptable standard.
Works will include removing the existing building and all services, installing new foundations and building, new access levels and install a small single kitchenette (supplied by the builder) and remove any rubbish from site.
